Bear Creek Vineyards are located in Cedar Hill, Texas. Founded by Dr. William Fears in January of 2006, the property includes 1200 Chardonnay and Cabernet grapevines, spanning 64 rows, planted over 5 acres. Chardonnay and Cabernet grapevines grafted onto root stock best suited for the Cedar Hill soil.

Bear Creek management has consulted with industry experts to create a vineyard that produces the highest quality product. The small vineyards are tended by hand to ensure optimum growth and health.
